Marinade
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dash ground allspice
