Ingredients:
1 lb thin pork chops, cut into 1/2 inch strips
10 oz pkg frozen Asian veggie mix
1/2 cup Stir Fry Sauce (found in Asian food section of grocery store)
1 tsp ground ginger
dash salt and pepper
8 large Romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup finely shredded cheese
Putting It All Together:
In a large skillet over medium heat cook pork strips until no longer pink.
Add all remaining ingredients (except Romaine lettuce).
