Raspberry Banana Easter Cake

Ingredients:
Cakes:

Non stick cooking spray
1 tbs flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1 cup buttermilk
3 medium, very ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:

3/4 cup cream cheese
2 tbs butter, soft
3 tsp lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups fresh raspberries
a few fresh mint leaves

Putting it All Together:

Preheat over to 350
